Samphors is a dynamic-young entrepreneur who has been involved with food and beverages businesses for over three years. With a growth mind-set, interpersonal skills, public relation and human resource management skillsets, she is an effective public speaker and communicator for both local and international contexts. She has been working as a freelance MC on a wide range of events, campaigns and video productions for over nine years with various corporate clients.

As a JCI Cambodia Certified Trainer, Samphors is also the 2021 Local President of JCI Cambodia, a world leading enterprising young leader. She was appointed as JCI Asia-Pacific Development Officer on its mission to Timor Leste for 2021-2022.

Samphors holds a Master’s Degree in Management from the National University of Management. Her personal touch to leadership and natural ability to communicate makes her a sought-after bilingual emcee and presenter. With her proven experiences with different projects, Samphors is now the Co-Founder and CEO of Making Digital Easy; expanding her personal experiences and ambition to provide one-stop digital marketing solutions to support businesses and professionals in Cambodia to standout in their market position.

POLYS CHIM

Polys is a Cambodian-young entrepreneur and business investor. He graduated with a Master’s Degree in Business Management at Build Bright University and Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science at Royal University of Phnom Penh.

Polys is the Founder of Phoenix Creative, Founder of Macy Visa & Tour, shareholder of Hak Tin Auto Car Garage, shareholder of Café Amzon at Sorya branch, shareholder of Crustle Chicken – OCIC branch, shareholder of Khemara Dental Clinic at Camko branch, and lately joined as a Co-founder and Branding Director of Making Digital Easy. He has more than ten years experience working with large and various IT products corporations.

Polys is an active member of BNI Cambodia. He also takes various leadership roles to support other chapters and its members. He is appointed as the Branding Director of BNI in the Phnom Penh 2 region.

KIMSOPHAT KONG

Kimsophat is a passionate lifelong learner who had studied, worked, and travelled to Denmark, Sweden, Norway, USA, Canada, Lebanon, Malaysia, Singapore, South-Korea, Vietnam, Myanmar, and Thailand. He graduated with a Master’s Degree in Development Management recognized by the higher education system in Zurich, Switzerland.

Kimsophat is a Cambodian-young entrepreneur, business consultant, trainer, coach, author, inspirational speaker, real estate and tech business investor. He is the Founder and Group Chairman of Making It Easy. He has a global mentality and cross-cultural working experience. He has supported more than 400 foreign business owners and investors started their businesses in Cambodia to date.
